Jesus says He is Light. Jesus says we are Light. How can both of these be true? Because we are In Christ, we are bouncing His Light into the darkness around us.
Light Reveals. It shows us reality. We who are in Christ show truth
by what we say and do, how we live.
Light Reflects. Like the full moon is beautiful because of the light of the sun,
our beautiful lives show the Life of the Son.
Light Refracts. Each one of us in Christ individually shows off certain aspects of the character of God. All of us together shine out His blazing white Light.
We are obligated to shimmer.
Hide it under a bushel? NO! I'm gonna let it shine!
