The Ten Commandments, those rules and restrictions that cause such angst in the world, are actually our opportunity to peek across into the Kingdom of Light. From the vantage point of the Domain of Darkness, what can be seen?
God reigns supreme there. There are no usurpers.
God is recognized as Creator there. No one is suckered into worshipping created things.
God's character is appreciated and reverenced there.
There is a balance of work and rest, no workaholism, no laziness.
Parents are honored there.
No one murders there.
Marriage partners are faithful.
No one steals there.
No one lies or slanders there.
There is total contentment.
Sigh...I want to live there. I want the world to be this place, as God intended it to be.
