What does that mean, anyway? It all began with Colossians 1:13: "He rescued us from the domain of darkness and delivered us into the kingdom of His dear Son." I saw it so clearly: two kingdoms, two domains - the legit one and the rebel one. One of light and one of darkness. Rescued from one and transferred to another. It changed everything for me. I haven't read scripture since without seeing it through the lens of these two kingdoms. If I had a little shop in a medieval village that declared my occupation, I decided it would be "Illuminator."
